The Operational Excellence Project Manager plays a key role within the Performance Excellence organization, supporting the successful implementation of strategic initiatives across the region. Reporting directly to the Performance Excellence Director , the Operational Excellence Project Manager is responsible for leading client transitions, driving operational improvement initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring the effective execution of governance frameworks that deliver measurable business outcomes.
