The role starts immediately and runs until December 2026, with the possibility of extension. About the Project The project involves industrial fit‐outs for logistics distribution warehouses and centers. 7+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in industrial buildings, office fit‐outs, or similar construction projects. ~ Fluent in Italian and good English (spoken and written). ~ Experience leading early‐stage planning, scheduling, and cost management. ~ Available to work 2 days onsite in Milan.
