to join our
Claims Data Management team
.This team is the beating heart of Prima. You'll be joining over 300 engineers across software development, infrastructure, operations and security.
Fueled by curiosity, experimentation and collaboration, you'll help deliver scalable, impactful solutions that shape the future of insurance. What you'll do:- Define and drive the technical roadmap,
ensuring alignment with business priorities for a team of 3 to 6 engineers- Take ownership of architectural decisions, overseeing implementation while ensuring maintainability, reliability, scalability, and security- Support the development team in delivering high-impact initiatives on time- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, while maintaining an engaging and motivating work environment- Have funWhat we're looking for:- Strong hands-on background with 5+ years in data engineering (e.g.
