Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting for a Culinary Intern.

Reporting to the Head Chef, the Culinary Intern supports the Kitchen Team in the preparation, production, and presentation of food across the hotel’s culinary outlets. Working alongside experienced Chefs, the intern will gain hands-on experience in luxury hospitality while learning culinary techniques, food safety standards, and the operational excellence expected within Marriott International and The Luxury Collection. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop professional culinary skills in a dynamic and high-end environment, contributing to memorable dining experiences for guests.
- This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
