Your mission will be to develop customized sales pipelines, design impactful promotions, and ensure seamless execution during key events like Prime Day and Black Friday.

The applicable collective agreement for this role is CBA for employees of Telecommunication Sector. The position is classified at level 6 or above,



depending on the candidate's skills, competences and experience.
Key job responsibilities
- Craft compelling value proposition to onboard new selling partners
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and optimize promotional strategies for pricing, product selection, and availability
- Collaborate with the EU Deals team to maximize Customer experience and sales
- Educate Sellers on Amazon's tools and services to drive self-sufficiency
- Track and report on business development results to identify areas for improvement

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Italian and English at C1 level or above
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience in e-commerce, retail
