Within the Operations Area, we are looking for a Material & Production Planning Specialist for the Mechanical Workshop to join our site in Cascina Costa (VA), Italy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:




- The candidate is responsible for planning and monitoring the production process of the parts required to support the Assembly Programs for Transmissions for Helicopter Assembly Lines, Partners and Joint Venture, and spare parts for Repair & Overhaul and Customer Support.
- The candidate contributes to meet working capital budget and productivity targets.
- Main activities carried out by the team members: Prepare weekly plans for each machine/workshop considering capacity and priorities; Analyse workloads to identify possible underloads/overloads and propose short-, medium- and long-term solutions; Analyse production progress, manage expediting requests and priorities, and define targeted recovery plans; Participate in progress review meetings to share information and define recovery actions, priorities and urgent activities; update progress tracking files and forecasts; Analyse the orders planned by the MRP system, verify the a
