The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in ML/LLM/Agentic with a strong consulting and product management background.
Reporting to the International Business Aligned Data Science lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists across multiple markets ensuring best in class methodologies and deliverables across the entire data journey from Descriptive to Predictive analytics. As a Director of Data Science, you will lead a team of up to 8 members. Your responsibilities include managing the in-market demand intake, prioritization, and delivery for anchor markets.
Additionally, you will shape and drive Native AI CFC capabilities for International clusters/markets.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to empower agentic AI led decision-making, accelerate business transformation, and deliver measurable business impact. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, data, and AI, and is responsible for defining what to build and why, ensuring the accelerators delivers measurable business value across markets and use cases. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:This role is accountable for delivering data science driven insights & solutions and will partner with senior functional leads for across Commercial analytics to develop and implement models, insights, and data products that drive brands' strategic priorities.
