As our Asset Manager for Southern Europe, you are the force behind making our properties in Italy, Spain, and France perform, grow, and shine. You will champion Project Electrify across the region, putting a massive 250 million euro investment plan into action to unlock new revenue and elevate our locations. Working hand in hand with our Director of Asset Management, you will pitch bold commercial deals, refine regional models, and turn big ideas into signed contracts. You bring the vision and the numbers together, collaborating with local teams, city planners, and partners to shape what gets built where. In this team, fresh thinking gets backed with real resources, giving you massive room to grow as we scale across Europe. - Drive the overall growth strategy for our Southern European portfolio across Italy, Spain, and France.
