SALES ASSOCIATE 40 HOURS PER WEEK - FASHION BRAND
MILAN - ITALY
Offering:
- Salary up to €26,000, depending on experience.
- Commission scheme.

About:

Responsibilities:
- Consistently reach and exceed personal and store sales target, both on a monthly and annual basis, while elevating and assisting in business growth.
- Implement business strategies following the guidance of the Store Manager, while staying informed about the performance of the Store.
- Achieve and exceed personal KPI objectives by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the highest standards of sales quality.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience from retail/ fashion environment.
- High level of flexibility and ability to problem solve. Demonstrated capability to achieve and exceed both individual and store performance targets.
- Proficiency in English is required and other foreign language skills are a plus.
