About the Role & Program
Kickstart your career with Huawei Italy's Graduate Program. This intensive 6-month internship is designed to develop the next generation of ICT leaders. You will work alongside industry experts, gain hands‑on experience in enterprise project operations, end‑to‑end supply chain logistics, and cross‑functional project management, transitioning directly into a full‑time role upon successful completion.
Main Responsibilities
- Project Operations & Logistics: Support the Senior Project Manager in daily execution, controlling resource allocation, subcontractor workflows, and the deployment of telecom network materials and equipment.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track project performance against milestones, collect status updates from technical teams, and produce accurate progress reports for internal and customer stakeholders.
