We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our team in Porto Corsini, supporting our production operations and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Across: 10 Crushing Operators, 3 Refinery & Crushing Operators and 5 Shift Leaders
- Monitor daily production processes to ensure performance aligns with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Identify, analyze, and manage process deviations, coordinating corrective actions with Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and Production teams
- Supervise and support maintenance interventions at the operational level
- Track, analyze, and improve department KPIs, working closely with operators and shift leaders
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement and plant optimization projects
- Develop, update, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)




- Train operators and shift supervisors on processes and procedures
- Manage inventory of consumables (e.g. chemicals), ensuring continuous production through effective stock control and reordering
- Maintain accurate records of production losses and ensure data entry in SAP
- Make data-driven decisions to improve plant performance and align with Bunge's global strategy

What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
- Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar
- Experience not required, but exposure to industrial or continuous production environments is a plus
- Experience in industrial plants, mechanical or port environments is beneficial

The salary range for this role is 44,000 - 50,000 gross per year, depending on the experience.
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of SAP (preferred)
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Understanding of quality, safety, and environmental regul
