Manpower is seeking an HR Business Partner for a greenfield manufacturing project in Mantova. You will lead the people agenda and drive attraction and recruitment as the site is launched, partnering with business leaders to design scalable hiring strategies.
You will shape the employer brand locally and support the installation, start-up and ramp-up of a modern, highly automated production facility within a global quality and safety framework.
