As a Track Performance Engineer, you will join the Vehicle Dynamics & Performance Dept. at Dallara Automobili, a company within the Dallara Group specializing in design, pre‑series production, and testing of products for the three business units: Racing, Automotive, and Aerospace.
Within the team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing car’s performance for Dallara's internal or client projects. Data analysis before, during, and after track events (tests or official events)
Optimizing vertical dynamics on the 7‑post rig
In this position, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various company areas, including Design & Research, Aerodynamics and Electrics & Electronics. You will join a young and dynamic environment where you can participate in highly challenging projects in the automotive and racing sectors.
Master's degree in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, or similar;




~2‑4 years of experience in similar roles in the automotive and/or motorsport sectors;
~ Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Good knowledge of Matlab or Python;
~ Good knowledge of English (minimum level B2);
~ Good knowledge of sensor systems and datalogging;
~ Preferred knowledge of multibody software (e.g., Dymola, Adams/Car, Simpack);
~ High motivation and commitment with an innovative mindset;
~ Passion for motorsport and automotive;
~ Flexibility to travel frequently abroad when required;
~ Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
