Legal Specialist
What You’ll Be Doing
Within Legal & Compliance Dept, you will be involved in the day‑to‑day activities, supporting the Head of Legal & Compliance.
You will be involved in managing independently the following tasks:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (Agency, Distribution, Supply, Service Agreements; NDAs; LOIs; Sponsorship and Marketing Agreements).
- Supporting litigation and pre‑litigation activities, including drafting notice letters.
- Assisting the Head of Legal with compliance programs (data protection, anti‑bribery, anti‑corruption, competition law).
- Providing daily legal support to internal stakeholders, including legal advice, presentation, legal briefs, and management company policies and procedures.

You have strong legal skills, a positive and business‑oriented mindset, a problem‑solving attitude and flexibility. You also possess strong listening skills, a proactive approach, and can work within an organization with diverse internal teams in an open and effective manner. Additionally,



you have a continuous‑learning mindset, passion for the role, and strong motivation to grow.
Master’s degree in Law.
Language
Minimum 3‑4 years of relevant experience in‑house.
- English: Fluent written and spoken.
- Italian: Fluent written and spoken.

Nice To Have
- Bar exam.
- Expertise in Food Law or FMCG sector.

Salary Pack Info
Full‑time contract.
Gross Annual Salary between 45 and 55 k €; STI 10%.
Workplace
Milano.
