Come and join us! /ppbPosition Overview /b /ppAs a Sr. Design Engineer in the NVE Design Engineering Analog group at Micron Semiconductor Italia, you will contribute to the development of memory products that are best-in-class, using your specialized knowledge and Micron proprietary methods of designing and analyzing core and mixed circuits used in the development of memory products. /ppbResponsibilities /b /ppResponsibilities include, but not limited to: /pulliDesign, implement, and validate analog and mixed-signal circuits (e.g., charge pumps, regulators, amplifiers, ADC/DAC, bandgap, power management blocks) across the full development lifecycle. /liliTranslate system requirements into circuit architectures, specifications, and transistor-level implementations optimized for performance, power, area, noise, and reliability. /liliPerform comprehensive circuit simulation and verification (DC, AC, transient, noise, Monte Carlo, PVT corners) including parasitic-aware validation. /liliCollaborate with multi-functional teams to optimize product performance, power consumption, die size, and manufacturability. /liliDevelop user documentation and contribute to build reviews, silicon validation, and root-cause analysis activities. /li /ulpbMin Qualifications /b /pulliM.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. /liliProven experience in analog and mixed-signal CMOS circuit design. /liliSolid understanding of device physics, variability, noise, reliability, and power integrity. /liliHands-on experience with SPICE-based simulation tools and verification methodologies. /liliStrong problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in dynamic, multi-functional environments.

/li /ulpbPreferred Qualifications /b /pulliExperience in NAND Flash or other non-volatile memory technologies. /liliFamiliarity with design automation, scripting (e.g., Python), or AI-assisted design approaches. /liliUnderstanding of layout constraints and interaction with physical design flows. /li /ulpThe base salary range that Micron estimates it could pay in for this position full-time is: /pp34.000,00 € - 57.000,00 € per year, with B2 CCNL Level. /ppOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
