pbOpdenergy /b is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America with more than 19 years’ experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and + 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW. /ppbr/ppOpdenergy is now looking for a bHSE Technician /bto give support to our projects in Italy. /ppbr/ppbWhat will you help with? /b /pulliEnsure compliance with Italian Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, projects permit, and company HSE policies. /liliSupport the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems. /liliPrepare and maintain HSE documentation, risk assessments and environmental records. /liliSupport internal and external HSE audits and inspections. /liliCarry out regular site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE requirements. /liliMonitor the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe working practices. /liliVerify environmental compliance, including waste management, environmental protection measures and environmental permits. /liliCoordinate contractor documentation and ensure all HSE requirements are met before site access. /liliManage Environmental Monitoring Plan and implementation of environmental and compliance measures on projects. /liliManage budget related environmental measures and compliance activities. /liliDeliver toolbox talks and safety briefings when required. /liliSupport the investigation of incidents,
accidents and near misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions. /liliMonitor corrective and preventive action plans. /liliCollect and analyse HSE KPIs. /liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing Health, Safety and Environmental performance. /liliReport regularly to the Corporate HSE department. /li /ulpbr/ppbWho you are: /b /pulliTechnical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health Safety, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Engineering or a related discipline. /liliAt least 2 years of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably within renewable energy, construction or industrial environments. /liliGood knowledge of Italian Health, Safety and Environmental legislation. /liliExperience working with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems. /liliPreposto certification (mandatory). /liliFluent Italian and a good level of English and/or Spanish. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat do we offer /b /pulliRemote working model with periodic visits to our offices in Bologna. /liliA stable position with a permanent contract. /liliReal opportunities for growth in a global and multicultural environment. /liliTechnical and language training courses as needed. /liliMeal vouchers. /li /ulpbr/ppWe're an equal opportunity employer.
