pPosition Summary /ppWe are looking for an experienced bEUC Support / Field IT Support Engineer /b to provide onsite technical support for end users, desktops, laptops, peripherals, and IT infrastructure. The engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, user support, device configuration, installations, and maintaining IT assets at the site. /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliProvide bLevel 1/Level 2 onsite EUC and desktop support /b to end users. /liliTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to bdesktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other peripherals /b. /liliPerform hardware installation, configuration, replacement, and troubleshooting. /liliInstall and configure bWindows operating systems, applications, drivers, and security tools /b. /liliSupport bMicrosoft 365 / Office 365 /b, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft applications. /liliPerform user account, password, and access-related troubleshooting in coordination with the appropriate teams. /liliSupport bActive Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID /b, Group Policy, and basic endpoint administration. /liliTroubleshoot network connectivity issues including bLAN, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and IP configuration /b. /liliPerform device imaging, OS deployment, software installation, patching, and endpoint configuration. /liliSupport endpoint management platforms such as bSCCM/MECM, Intune, Ivanti /b, or similar tools. /liliHandle IT asset binstallation, inventory, tagging, validation, movement, and decommissioning /b. /liliProvide hands-and-feet support for network and infrastructure teams when required. /liliAssist with bserver room / network room activities /b, including basic cable tracing, patching, labeling, and equipment validation.
/liliSupport IT projects such as bdevice refresh, office moves, hardware rollouts, migrations, and site deployments /b. /liliCoordinate with remote infrastructure, network, security, and application teams for issue resolution. /liliMaintain accurate records of incidents, requests, assets, and activities in the bITSM/ticketing system /b. /liliFollow defined bSLA, ITIL, security, and operational procedures /b. /liliPrepare activity reports and provide regular status updates to the onsite/remote management team. /li /ulpRequired Technical Skills /pulliStrong knowledge of bWindows 10/11 desktop and laptop troubleshooting /b. /liliHands-on experience with bMicrosoft Office / Microsoft 365 /b. /liliKnowledge of bActive Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID) /b. /liliBasic understanding of bLAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting /b. /liliExperience with bdesktop hardware and peripheral troubleshooting /b. /liliKnowledge of bSCCM/MECM, Intune, Ivanti, or other endpoint management tools /b. /liliExperience with bOS imaging, deployment, and software installation /b. /liliFamiliarity with ITSM tools such as bServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or similar platforms /b. /liliBasic knowledge of network devices such as bswitches, routers, access points, and firewalls /b is preferred. /liliAbility to perform onsite bhardware replacement, cabling, asset validation, and equipment installation /b. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppNote- bBackfill Engineer – IT Support /b /ppBackfill requirement for an IT Support Engineer to ensure uninterrupted IT support and site operations. The engineer will handle day-to-day user support, troubleshooting of hardware/software issues, network connectivity, system access, and other IT-related incidents. /p
