In addition, employees have the opportunity to earn an operational premio based on the successful achievement of individual and/or team KPIs, recognising strong performance and contribution to business results. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliHandling client requests for the provision of quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), engineering, project support, site, and office-based personnel. /liliSourcing candidates to match client requirements and, where applicable,



preparing candidates for interviews by providing project/commodity-related information. /liliLiaising with clients on the proposal, interview, selection, and placement of candidates. /liliIssuing successful candidates with information pertaining to their obligations, responsibilities, and deliverables for the duration of the assignment. /liliLiaising with assigned Fulkrum candidates in matters relating to: /liliFulkrum contractual terms and conditions. /liliAllocation of task-related documents (ITP, drawings, specifications, client-issued templates, etc.). /liliReceiving, screening, and submitting site reports to clients. /liliHandling client complaints. /liliEnd of assignment feedback. /liliAdvising candidates where reports/performance/timekeeping, etc., are not adhered to. /liliProviding candidate performance updates upon request to the Coordination Manager. /liliManaging Fulkrum/candidate relations by means of 'care calls' during candidate assignments. /liliBeing commercially aware when negotiating placements with candidates and clients. /liliIdentifying and driving new business opportunities with existing and potential clients. /liliEnsuring that all client SLA's (Service Level Agreements) are adhered to, and Fulkrum KPI's are met. /liliMentoring Coordination and Coordination Team Members and providing guidance on complex issues. Play an active role in training new team members.



/liliSupport Coordination Manager in conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies. /liliActively participate in initiatives to improve quality control processes and procedures, including but not limited to IRIS, invoicing and collaboration with the Accounts Team. /li /ulpbr/ppbCandidates should demonstrate: /b /pulliExtensive knowledge of Oil Gas industry project types, both onshore and offshore. /liliFull working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. /liliProven ability to build, manage, and develop strong client relationships. /liliThe ability to respond positively and effectively in high-tempo and demanding situations. /liliStrong organisational skills with a proven ability to prioritise and multitask. /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills. /li /ulpExperience working with major Oil Gas operators, service companies, or inspection providers is required. /ppbr/ppbWhy Join Us? /b /ppThis is an exciting opportunity for a driven Senior QC Coordinator to showcase their expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.
