pL2 IT Support Engineer /ppbLocation: /b Rome, Italy /ppbExperience: /b 3–5 years /ppbr/ppRole Overview /ppWe are looking for an bL2 IT Support Engineer /b to provide onsite IT and data center support at the Italian location. The ideal candidate should have good hands-on experience with bWindows environments /b along with a basic understanding of bVMware/ESXi, server troubleshooting, data center operations, and cabling /b. /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliProvide onsite bL2 IT support /b and basic troubleshooting for servers and IT infrastructure. /liliTroubleshoot bWindows-related issues /b and perform basic system checks. /liliHave basic knowledge of bVMware ESXi and VMware technologies /b. /liliPerform basic troubleshooting when a server or system is down, including checking connections and interfaces. /liliPerform basic bdata center management /b activities. /liliHandle and track bnetwork/server cabling /b and identify cable connections between equipment. /liliAssist with connecting and replacing network/server interfaces as required. /liliPerform basic hardware and connectivity troubleshooting. /liliCoordinate with remote teams and local site contacts for issue resolution.



/liliFollow standard troubleshooting procedures and escalate complex issues when required. /li /ulpRequired Skills Experience /pulliExperience in bL2 IT Support / Data Center Support /b. /liliGood knowledge of bWindows operating systems /b and troubleshooting. /liliBasic knowledge of bVMware ESXi and VMware technologies /b. /liliBasic understanding of bserver infrastructure and troubleshooting /b. /liliBasic knowledge of bdata center operations and management /b. /liliBasic understanding of bnetwork/server cabling and cable tracking /b. /liliAbility to troubleshoot basic bconnectivity and hardware issues /b. /liliGood communication and coordination skills. /liliAbility to work independently at the customer site. /li /ulpPreferred Profile /pulliPrevious experience working in a bdata center environment /b. /liliExperience supporting bservers, VMware/ESXi, and Windows environments /b. /liliCandidates with hands-on exposure to onsite infrastructure support are preferred. /liliVMware/ESXi expertise is bnot required at an expert level /b; basic practical knowledge is sufficient /li /ulpbr/p
