and growth opportunities. /ppbr/ppbRole and responsibilities /b /ppWe are lookingfor a Change Management Consultant for our Italian Offices based in Milan, Rome, Turin. /ppbr/ppAvvale’s Change Management team is responsible for supporting our clients in managing change through the definition of strategies and planning of specific actions on the issues of communication, training and redesign of organizations. /ppbr/ppAs part of the team, you will: /pulliBe responsible for customer relations, promoting business development in terms of assist and support client companies in organizational transformations linked to the introduction of new technologies and/or new service perimeters; /liliHave the opportunity to work in the definition or revision of organizational models, operational efficiency, definition of new organizational models; /liliSupport corporate change through Change Management practices and methodologies for the implementation and adoption of new technologies related to digital transformation. Among the technologies with which it will interface most are ERP systems such as SAP, but also Corporate Performance Management (CPM)
