pbr/ppWe are looking for an experienced AI Governance Software Architect to join our AI Governance team and support the architecture, assessment and technical governance of enterprise AI and Generative AI technologies. /ppbr/ppThe ideal candidate combines strong software architecture expertise, hands-on programming capabilities and bproven professional experience with AI/GenAI technologies in enterprise environments. /b /ppbr/ppThe role works closely with Corporate Architects, Platform Engineering, ITS and the GenAI Factory. /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliDefine and assess architecture patterns and technical standards for AI and GenAI technologies. /liliEvaluate AI platforms, frameworks, cloud services and emerging technologies. /liliTranslate governance, security and regulatory requirements into technical architecture requirements and controls. /liliPerform hands-on technical validation, prototyping and code-level analysis when required. /liliContribute to reference architectures, technology assessments and technical recommendations. /liliCollaborate with Corporate Architects, Platform Engineering, ITS and the GenAI Factory. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequired Skills /b /ppbr/ppEssential Knowledge and Requirements /pullib7+ years /b of experience in Software Engineering, Software Architecture, Solution Architecture or equivalent senior technical roles. /lilibDirect professional experience /b with AI and Generative AI technologies in enterprise projects or platforms. /liliStrong hands-on programming skills in Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript or equivalent. /liliStrong knowledge of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures,
APIs and enterprise integration patterns. /liliPractical experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure. /liliGood knowledge of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, AI Agents and agentic architectures. /liliExperience integrating foundation models and AI services through APIs and SDKs. /liliHands-on knowledge of MCP and agent/tool integration patterns. /liliExperience with AI Governance platforms, AI registries or model/agent governance solutions. /liliKnowledge of policy-as-code and Infrastructure as Code approaches and their application to automated technical controls. /liliKnowledge of CI/CD, containers and modern software engineering practices. /liliUnderstanding of identity, application security, observability and technical auditability. /liliKnowledge of AI Governance, Responsible AI and AI lifecycle concepts. /liliFamiliarity with AI-related regulations and standards such as EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF. /liliExcellent knowledge of English. /li /ulpbr/ppbNice to Have /b /pulliExperience in financial services or other regulated industries. /liliCloud, Architecture, AI or Cybersecurity professional certifications.
