LP Racing is hiring a Junior Team Manager Assistant for the 2026 season!

- Join our championship-winning Maserati GT2 team and be part of our journey on the European circuits. Willtravel with the teamduring all2026 GT2 Championship race weekends
- Responsible forlogistics coordination: hotel bookings, travel arrangements, transfers, schedules and overall team support
- Works closely with the Marketing department oncampaigns, reports, partner activations and new business development
- StrongSocial Media & Marketing skillsrequired: ability to manage, grow and boost team platforms, and create engaging digital content
- Must have astrong passion for motorsportand the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced racing environment




- Highlyadaptive personalitywith excellentsocial and soft skills, able to communicate effectively with drivers, crew, partners and suppliers
- Extremelyorganised, proactive, and motivated to grow within a professional motorsport structure
- Both tempo parziale and full-time optionsare being considered
