pbProject description /b /ppDXC is seeking a highly seasoned Senior Business Analyst with deep vertical expertise in the Hogan CAMSII platform. In this strategic role, he/she will serve as the Functional Lead, steering a dedicated project team through the entire software development lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to final client acceptance testing. /ppThe ideal candidate is a CAMS II functional subject matter expert who combines banking process mastery with the technical authority needed to guide complex new Clients onboarding projects. Willingness to travel. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /pp-End-to-End Functional Leadership: Act as the primary functional authority for the project team, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery. /pp-Requirement Engineering: Lead high-level workshops with banking stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document complex business requirements. /pp-Strategic Liaison: Bridge the gap between the client's business requirements and the technical development team, translating banking needs into robust functional specifications. /pp-Test Management Quality Assurance: Oversee the testing strategy, define success criteria, and lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase alongside the client. /pp-Knowledge Mentorship: Act as a senior mentor to the team, safeguarding the integrity of the Hogan CAMSII implementation and sharing best practices. /ppbr/ppbSkills /b /ppMust have /pp-Banking Industry Expertise:
A minimum of 10 years of proven experience within the Banking or Financial Services sector. /pp-Hogan CAMSII Mastery: At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with Hogan CAMSII (Issuing). /pp-Domain Knowledge: Expert understanding of card management systems and core banking accounting flows. /pp-Lifecycle Experience: Demonstrated success in managing the full project lifecycle in a lead functional capacity. /pp-Product Experience: Experience should also include extensive knowledge of Hogan's process dictionary components, and PCD's /pp-Team Working: Ability to work in a team environment with teams in multiple geographic locations /pp-Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with team members and clients /ppbr/ppNice to have /ppCommunication: Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with technical architects. /ppLanguage: Italian language speaking /ppbr/ppbSalary range: /b From b€70.000,00 gross/year /b, depending on experience and seniority. /ppbr/ppWe offer numerous bbenefits /bsuch as: /pp⏰ Flexible work schedule /pp?
