Maintain high outreach velocity and continuously expand a quality partner network. /lilibBusiness Growth KPI Achievement /b: Drive regional performance by enhancing key metrics such as First-Time Deposits (FTD) and Net Deposits (ND). Treat ND as a core revenue-linked indicator and deliver measurable business impact. /lilibFull BD Process Ownership /b: Independently manage the entire BD lifecycle - prospecting, qualification, negotiation, follow-ups, closing, and post-deal maintenance. Ensure fast execution and a healthy pipeline. /lilibClient Partner Relationship Management /b: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners. Increase engagement, retention, and contribution through proactive and high-frequency communication. /lilibMarket Research Competitive Insights /b: Monitor regulatory updates, competitor strategies, user behaviour, and market dynamics in the local region. Provide actionable insights and identify new partnership opportunities. /lilibLocalized Marketing Collaboration /b: Work closely with marketing teams to support localized content,
community engagement, and event initiatives.
