pbHSE Specialist - Construction | Solar, BESS, Wind /b /ppbLocation: /b Italy (Remote with regular travel to site) /ppbSalary: /bUp to around €55,000 (Dependent on Experience) /ppbr/ppPiper Maddox are supporting one of our key IPP clients in Europe with ab HSE Specialist /b focusing on the delivery of utility-scale bSolar PV and BESS projects /b across Italy. /ppbr/ppYou’ll be responsible for maintaining high HSE standards throughout construction and commissioning, working closely with contractors, site teams and internal stakeholders. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliEnsure compliance with Italian HSE legislation and company standards. /liliConduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments and contractor evaluations. /liliReview RAMS, safety plans and HSE documentation. /liliManage non-conformities and support incident/near-miss investigations. /liliMonitor HSE KPIs and drive continuous improvement.



/liliPromote a strong safety culture across project sites. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pullib5+ years’ HSE experience /b in construction, ideally Solar, BESS or Wind. /liliStrong knowledge of bD.Lgs. 81/2008 and D.Lgs. 152/2006 /b. /liliExperience with bISO 45001 / ISO 14001 /b. /liliStrong contractor management and site-based HSE experience. /lilibASPP/RSPP or CSP/CSE /b qualifications desirable. /liliFluent Italian and good English. /liliRelevant HSE, engineering or technical qualification. /li /ulpbr/ppA strong opportunity to join a growing international renewable energy platform and play a key role in delivering a major portfolio of utility-scale renewable projects in Italy. /p
