pWe are currently looking a bSr. OT Manufacturing Cybersecurity Lead /b, you will play a key role in protecting our client'smanufacturing operations by working closely with Manufacturing local teams, IT departments, Information Security, and global stakeholders. You will drive Cybersecurity initiatives across our OT environment while helping factories strengthen their cyber resilience and adopt secure ways of working. /ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliLead and coordinate global OT cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring alignment across factories and stakeholders. /liliBuild strong relationships with factory leadership, OT factory teams, Digital Engineering, IT departments, and Information Security stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and advisor. /liliContribute to the deployment and governance of key cybersecurity standards, processes, and best practices across manufacturing environments such as OT /liliAsset Inventory, Vulnerability Management, Access Control, Incident Management, Backup Recovery, and Network Security. /liliLead the implementation of OT Solutions ownership model, identifying OT solutions and deploying Service management practices and Service criticality assessment across Manufacturing Operations. /liliSupport manufacturing sites in identifying, assessing, and resolving OT cybersecurity risks, issues, and actions. /liliMonitor cybersecurity performance and provide clear reporting on risks, vulnerabilities, incidents, and mitigation activities. /liliSupport OT factory teams in cybersecurity assessments, incident investigations, and remediation activities. /liliDeliver training, awareness sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen OT cybersecurity capabilities across OT factory teams and other departments. /li /ulpbKey Requirements /b /pulli5+ years of relevant experience in similar operational roles /liliStrong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives across global and cross-functional teams. /liliExcellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. /liliExperience in Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Operational Technology (OT), Cybersecurity. /liliKnowledge of OT cybersecurity principles and industry frameworks such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, or similar standards. /liliUnderstanding of manufacturing systems such as PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, historians, industrial networks, or related technologies. /liliExperience working with risk management, vulnerability management, asset inventory, service management, cybersecurity governance processes. /liliA collaborative mindset and the ability to influence without direct authority. /liliExperience working in global environments and engaging with diverse teams and cultures. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on delivering practical business outcomes. /liliFluency in English. /li /ulpbr/ppbWork conditions: /b /pulliWorking hours: 40 working hours per week /liliContract type: Permanent /liliWorking setup (hybrid, on site, remote): 100% Remote /li /ulpbWhat we offer /b /pulliSalary starting with 55000 EUR gross/year, depending on seniority level. /li /ulpbr/ppThe final salary offer will be determined based on gender-neutral, objective criteria, such as,
