The original shoe they made, the Sebago Classic beefroll penny loafer, is still handsewn with the finest craftsmanship today, just as it was back then.Who We're Looking ForFor our Sebago store in Roma, we are looking for experienced Sales Assistants.As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence.You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range.You will be expected to ensure courtesy,
friendliness and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.Key ResponsabilitiesSupporting the customer in the sale; Maintaining, managing and handling merchandise on display; Replenishing stock in order to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department; Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store; Managing fitting rooms following company guidelines; Managing cashier operations.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities requiredPrevious experience as Sales Assistant in established retail reality (fashion and footwear field); Excellentknowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus); Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills; Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules.Initial placement on a fixed-term contract, tempo pieno (40 hours per week).This role comes with an annual gross salary of around €25.000, plus a range of company benefits.Sebago is committed to creating a supportive and motivating work environment, promoting collaboration and open dialogue, welcoming every voice and idea.
