Four Corners - Fashion, Luxury & Consumer Markets is seeking a Head of HR to lead the People & Culture department during a pivotal transformation. Based in Varese, the role sits on the Executive Leadership Team and partners with the Country CEO to shape the HR agenda across Italy's extensive retail network.

You will manage a team of 4 HR professionals, drive change management, organizational design, talent acquisition, compensation and relations, while ensuring compliance with Italian labor law
