Delivery Mates in Italy is seeking a Senior Logistics Operations Manager to lead our Italian operations and drive performance across Milan, Bologna and Rome. You will own the operational KPIs, manage P&L; and budgets, and represent the company in weekly client meetings with key accounts.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics in Italy, strong numerical skills and advanced Excel, plus experience leading multi-city teams and running client-facing reviews.
