pbNetSuite Implementation Project Manager – Italy /b /ppbr/ppItaly (Remote) | Occasional travel | €60,000–€75,000 per annum /ppbr/ppThis fast-growing, acquisitive international group is rolling out NetSuite across its operating companies and needs a Project Manager to lead it from design through to go-live. /ppbr/ppThis is an end-to-end delivery role. You'll own the implementation across every project stage: initiation, design, build, data migration, testing, training, cutover and hypercare, ensuring NetSuite lands on time, within scope and budget, and delivers real value once it's live. /ppbr/ppbAbout the business /b /ppA fast-growing international group, built through acquisition across a wide range of industries and markets. It operates at real scale while staying deliberately free of the bureaucracy that usually comes with it, serving a global, diversified client base. /ppbr/ppbThe role /b /ppYou'll coordinate stakeholders across finance, supply chain and shared services, manage delivery across every stage of the project, mitigate risk, and ensure a smooth transition to business-as-usual once NetSuite goes live. This role is based in Spain and is fully remote, with occasional travel. /ppbr/ppbWhat you'll be doing /b /pulliLead project initiation, stakeholder alignment and governance setup /liliFacilitate solution design decisions, including the NetSuite model,
data and integrations /liliDefine and agree project scope, resourcing and delivery plan /liliManage NetSuite configuration, integrations and data migration activities with key stakeholders /liliPlan and coordinate UAT, training and cutover preparation /liliMonitor delivery progress, risks, issues and dependencies /liliLead UAT execution, defect resolution and business sign-off /liliCoordinate end-user and support training delivery /liliConfirm final data load and go-live readiness /liliLead cutover and go-live execution /liliManage hypercare and issue resolution during stabilisation /liliHand over the solution to business-as-usual and Shared Services, and close the project /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we're looking for /b /pulliProven experience managing NetSuite or ERP implementations /liliStrong understanding of finance, supply chain and shared services environments /liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills /liliExperience with data migration, integrations, UAT and change management /liliStrong planning, risk management and delivery focus /li /ulpbr/ppbWhy this role /b /ppThis is a genuine end-to-end delivery role: you'll take NetSuite from design through go-live and into business-as-usual, working across finance, supply chain and shared services stakeholders in a live, international transformation programme. /p
