pbStern Energy Spa /ba leading service company for utility-scale and industrial photovoltaic power plants, with 6 subsidiaries across Europe, more than 250 employees, and 2.0 GW assets under management, is looking for a: /ppbr/ppbIT Specialist – ERP Support /b /ppbr/ppto provide functional and technical support for our ERP systems. /ppThe ideal candidate has some years of hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as bIFS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, or NetSuite /b, and is comfortable working in an international environment requiring bC1-level proficiency in both English and German /b. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /ppbr/pulliProvide day-to-day support for ERP systems to end users /liliAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related issues across business functions and countries /liliSupport ERP users by providing guidance, training, and maintaining documentation /liliCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into potential ERP improvements /liliAssist with ERP enhancements, system upgrades,



and new module implementations /liliCoordinate with external vendors and consultants when needed /liliEnsure data integrity, system reliability, and compliance with IT standards /liliCreate and maintain technical and functional documentation /li /ulpbr/pp­bEssential requirements and skills: /b /ppbr/pulliStrong understanding of ERP processes (preferred procurement, supply chain, operations and maintenance) /liliExperience in ERP configuration, troubleshooting, and user support; /liliVery good analytical and problem-solving skills; /liliC1 level proficiency in English and B1/B2 in German (spoken and written) /liliAbility to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams /li /ulpbr/ppbNice to Have: /b /ppbr/pulliAt least 1 year of experience supporting ERP systems /liliExperience with ERP integrations and reporting tools /liliBackground in IT support, application support, or business systems analysis /liliExperience working in an international or multicultural environment /li /ulpbr/ppSalary: €33,000–€35,000 gross per year (placement within the range will depend on experience, skills, and seniority level). /p
