pWould you like to start a new professional adventure as an bIT Project Manager (Finance experience) /b in one of our opportunities in the bFinance /b industry in bMilan, Turin, Rome or Bologna /b? /pp bYour missions? /b /ppbr/pp• Lead and coordinate IT projects within Finance, ensuring delivery according to scope, timeline, budget and quality objectives. /pp• Manage projects involving bFinance processes, systems and integrations /b, coordinating business and technical stakeholders. /pp• Coordinate activities across multiple teams, systems and external partners in complex and international environments. /pp• Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical solutions and project objectives. /pp• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues and changes throughout the project lifecycle. /pp• Coordinate testing, implementation, cutover, go-live and post-go-live activities. /pp• Ensure project activities comply with relevant bFinance, regulatory and compliance requirements /b. /pp• Provide clear project reporting and status updates to stakeholders and management. /ppbr/pp✍️ bYour profile? /b /pp• Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. /pp• At least b5 years of experience in IT Project Management /b, with proven experience managing bFinance-related projects /b. /pp• Previous experience in bfinancial services, banking, insurance, regulatory/compliance projects, ERP or Finance transformation /b would be a plus. /pp• Experience with bsystem integrations, complex IT environments and cross-functional projects /b. /pp• Fluent in bItalian and English /b. /pp• Strong planning, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects in dynamic environments.
