We develop a cloud-based, all-in-one platform designed to help hotels, BBs, and property managers simplify their daily operations and boost direct bookings. /ppbr/ppbThe Role /b /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a Customer Support Intern fluent in Spanish or French to join our Customer Success team in Rome. You will work side by side with our specialists, learning how a hospitality SaaS platform really works and becoming the point of contact for our partners across Spain, France, LATAM and international markets. /ppbr/ppbWhat You Will Do /b /ppbr/pulliSupport the onboarding of new clients, helping them configure the platform correctly. /liliAssist our partners via chat, email, and phone in your language,
with the guidance of a senior colleague. /liliLearn how hotels and BBs increase their direct bookings, and help clients get there. /liliHandle basic troubleshooting and report bugs or improvement ideas to the Product team. /liliTranslate and update our help center articles and internal documentation. /liliJoin training sessions and client calls alongside the team. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /ppbr/pulliLanguage Skills: Native or C1 minimum fluency in Spanish or French (written and spoken). Professional proficiency in Italian and English is also required. /liliAttitude: No previous experience needed.
