pWe are looking for a skilled and motivated bProject Lead /b to join the bTT Digital Engineering organization /b of our prestigious client based in the Bologna area. This role combines project management, performance improvement, stakeholder coordination, and operational governance to ensure sustainable TT performance and regulatory compliance. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliSupport the execution of global TT projects, including regulatory deployments, sourcing changes, portfolio extensions, and manufacturing initiatives; /liliMonitor TT KPIs, including aggregation efficiency, reject rates, empty cases, data quality, and compliance performance; /liliSupport root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives; /liliSupport governance, reporting, risk management, and project portfolio reviews; /liliMaintain standards, procedures, training materials, and knowledge-sharing platforms. /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications Experience /b /pulliBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, IT, or related field; /liliMinimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing and industrial automation; /liliProven project management experience; /liliExperience with KPI management, problem solving, and performance improvement programs. /li /ulpbr/ppbPreferred Experience /b /pulliTrack Trace systems and solutions; /liliManufacturing Execution Systems; /liliVision systems, coding and marking technologies; /liliRegulatory compliance and product traceability requirements; /liliLean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. /li /ulpbr/ppbWork conditions /b /pulliWorking hours: standard daily office schedule (CET 09:00–18:00) with the one-hour lunch break /liliDuration of the contract: 1 year /liliWorking setup: 1-2 days/week from home following the client's needs /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we offer /b /pulliSalary starting with 30,000 EUR gross/year, depending on seniority level. /li /ulpThe final salary offer will be determined based on gender-neutral, objective criteria, such as,
