As a Junior Environmental, Health & Safety you will report directly to the EHS manager. The main tasks in which the you will be collaborating are: update risk assessment plan, evaluate suppliers' documents and assist the physician with the implementation of health plan. For this position we offer an initial one year contract ***Tasks & responsibilities**:
- Cross-functional collaboration to ensure safety and prevention of employees risks (e.g: PPE)- Assist with periodic internal and external audits in compliance with the requirements of current legislation and ISO.- Filling in as well as updating the DUVRI alongside the PUR function during the procurement management and managing suppliers required documents.- Cooperate with the management for the S&SL; ISO 45001 Management System (internal audits, performance monitoring, legislative compliance management,



training)- Collaboration along with RSPP includes:
- Identify workers’ hazards and risks- Improve safety measures (ex Art. 28 c.2 of Legislative Decree 81/2008)- Develop safety procedures for company activities- Promote training programmes ***Requirements**:
- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Management or Similar (preferentially OHS Engineering or master in EHS management)- At least 1 year of experience in the EHS field and good knowledge of Italian EHS Legislation- Languages: fluent level of Italian language and good knowledge of English (B2)- Good knowledge of Office package, ISO implementation and certification- Already being trained as a ASPP or RSPP would be considered a plus- Excellent communication and relational skills and building solid relationships with stakeholders inside and outside the company- Proactivity, precision and problem solving skills ***WHY BOEHRINGER INGELHEIM?**: - With us, you can grow, collaborate, innovate and improve lives. _ We offer challenging work in a respectful and friendly global working environment surrounded by a world of innovation driven mindsets and practices.
