pWould you like to continue developing your career in bStrategy Innovation /b within a global company operating in the bair transport and technology sector /b, working directly with senior executives and contributing to high-impact strategic decisions? /ppbr/ppAt Oxigent Technologies, we are looking for a bSenior Manager - Strategy Innovation /b to join a strategic growth and innovation team based in bBarcelona /b. /ppYour mission will be to lead corporate and operational strategy initiatives and support the strategic management, aimed at accelerating high-impact projects across the organisation. /ppbr/ppbWhat will your main responsibilities be? /b /pulliLead bCxO-level strategy and innovation programmes /b, from problem definition to final recommendations. /liliDevelop bstrategic roadmaps, business cases, blueprints and executive presentations /b. /liliCoordinate multiple workstreams, defining priorities, governance, resources and milestones. /liliAdvise and influence bsenior executives and key stakeholders /b across different business units and regions. /liliIdentify business, technology and industry trends and translate them into strategic opportunities. /liliMentor and support the development of managers, analysts and junior team members. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat will you need? /b /pulliAt least b5 years of experience in strategy consulting /b, corporate strategy, innovation or business transformation. /liliExperience within a bTier 1 strategy consulting firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, or equivalent firms) /b /liliPrevious experience as an bEngagement Manager, Project Leader or equivalent /b.
