ams OSRAM's LSP – Light Sensors & Photonics is seeking a senior validation engineer to lead bring-up and validate RF, HF, analog, mixed-signal, and high-speed digital ICs, from first silicon to production, in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will define validation plans, characterize performance across conditions, analyze signal integrity and reliability, mentor junior engineers, and support customer evaluations and technical presentations in a fast-growing photonics environment.
