pbProject Delivery Manager – Utility-Scale Solar PV /b /ppbr/ppAn established renewable energy developer is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of a substantial portfolio of utility scale Solar PV projects. /ppbr/ppWith a strong pipeline of Solar projects, you will play a critical role in taking projects from authorisation through to COD. While the portfolio also includes BESS and selected wind projects, the primary focus of this role is the successful delivery of large-scale solar developments. /ppbr/ppReporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a high-impact position for a delivery-focused professional who can navigate complex permitting processes, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive projects through to successful completion. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliLead the delivery of utility-scale Solar PV projects from authorisation through construction to COD. /liliManage project execution across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning. /liliCoordinate internal project teams and external consultants, contractors and EPC partners. /liliDrive secondary permitting activities, particularly grid connection approvals and associated stakeholder engagement. /liliBuild and maintain effective relationships with local authorities, utilities, grid operators and regulatory bodies. /liliMonitor project schedules, budgets, risks and delivery milestones. /liliResolve technical, commercial and permitting challenges to maintain programme delivery. /liliEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. /liliManage multiple projects simultaneously across different stages of development and execution. /liliProvide regular project reporting and delivery updates to senior leadership. /li /ulpbr/ppbTechnical Skillset /b /ppThe successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge across utility-scale Solar PV project delivery, including: /pulliEnd-to-end delivery of utility-scale Solar PV projects.



/liliExtensive experience taking projects from permitting through construction and commissioning. /liliStrong understanding of secondary permitting and grid connection processes. /liliKnowledge of utility-scale Solar PV plant design and construction. /liliExperience managing EPC contractors and owner's engineer relationships. /liliUnderstanding of electrical infrastructure, substations and high-voltage grid connections. /liliFamiliarity with civil, structural and electrical interfaces on solar projects. /liliExperience coordinating procurement of major project equipment. /liliStrong project planning, scheduling and resource management skills. /liliBudget management, cost control and contract administration experience. /liliRisk identification, mitigation and issue resolution throughout project execution. /liliStrong knowledge of HSE, quality and compliance requirements for utility-scale renewable energy projects. /liliExperience using project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is advantageous. /li /ulpbr/ppbAbout You /b /ppYou are an experienced project delivery professional with a proven ability to deliver complex Solar PV projects in demanding environments. /ppbr/ppbYou will ideally have: /b /pulliSignificant experience within a renewable energy developer IPP, EPC contractor or similar project delivery organisation. /liliA successful track record delivering utility-scale Solar PV projects from authorisation through to COD. /liliStrong experience managing grid connection and secondary permitting activities. /liliThe ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a hands-on approach to project delivery. /liliExcellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging local authorities, utilities and external partners. /liliCommercial awareness and the ability to resolve complex project challenges. /liliA proactive, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. /liliExperience with BESS or wind projects would be beneficial but is not essential. /li /ulpbr/p
