We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant with Modern Workplace/Microsoft 365 expertise to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert consulting services to customers, lead transformation projects from initial assessment through delivery,
and collaborate with Insight and cross-functional teams to identify and propose the most suitable strategic solutions aligned with customer requirements.
Purpose of the role and responsibilities
- Deliver medium to large-scale projects for a variety of customers, ensuring objectives are met on time and in line with requirements.
- Design and configure solutions based on customer needs, translating requirements into the most appropriate technical configuration.
- Provide professional consulting services focused on solution optimization and business value.
- Prepare Statements of Work (SoW) aligned with customer customization and project requirements.
- Deliver customer demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions where required.
- Collaborate effectively within the team, supporting colleagues and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Senior Consultant in the Modern Workplace / Microsoft 365 space.
- Proven consulting experience del
