pbJOB DESCRIPTION /b /ppbr/ppTo support its growth and strengthen its in-house legal team, Aether Financial Services is seeking a Legal Officer (2–5 years’ experience) on a permanent contract. /ppbr/ppYou will also work closely with the operational teams and will be involved in addressing any legal issues arising during the set-up and throughout the execution of financial transactions. /pp In this role, your main responsibilities will be as follows: /ppbr/pulliOversee the day-to-day legal management of Aether Financial Services’ operations, liaising with internal stakeholders (operational teams, management) and external parties (banks, law firms, investors, clients), /liliReview, analyse, draft and negotiate contracts and documents relating to the various transactions in which Aether Financial Services acts as an agent (financing and security documents), /liliManage and monitor the processes relating to general meetings of holders of financial instruments, /liliContribute to discussions on legal and regulatory matters relating to Aether Financial Services’ activities; you will monitor legal and regulatory developments in these areas and keep your line manager informed of your findings and any issues you have identified, /liliHandle corporate matters for Aether Financial Services (legal secretariat, etc.); /liliGet involved in and contribute to more cross-functional or related projects. /li /ulpbr/ppThis list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and is subject to change depending on the activities of Aether. /ppbr/ppbYOUR PROFILE /b /ppbr/ppbExpertise /b /pulliYou hold a master’s degree (BAC + 5) in banking and/or financial law,
