We develop a cloud-based, all-in-one platform designed to help hotels, BBs, and property managers simplify their daily operations and boost direct bookings. /ppbr/ppbThe Role /b /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a bCustomer Support Specialist /b fluent in French to join our team Customer Success team in Rome. In this role you will be a strategic partner for our clients, guiding them through their digital transformation. You will ensure our partners across France and international markets get the most value out of Octorate. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliManage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring optimal platform configuration. /liliProvide expert assistance via chat, email, and phone, focusing on French-speaking markets. /liliAct as a consultant to help clients maximize direct bookings through Octorate.



/liliPerform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the Product team to report bugs or suggest platform enhancements. /liliMaintain and update help center documentation and internal knowledge bases in French. /liliSupport training sessions and periodic business reviews with key accounts. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /ppbr/pullibLanguage Skills: /b Native or C1 minimum fluency in bFrench /b (written and spoken).
