It designs, manufactures and markets current and next-generation battery technologies used in a wide range of applications, serving global markets with world-class battery technologies, technical expertise and value-added services under many well-known brands. /ppbr/ppExide is looking for a BESS System Engineer who will be responsible for the electrical system design and integration of power‑conversion and grid‑connected projects, supporting both proposal and execution phases. Leads activities related to power conversion systems, grid integration, and medium‑voltage equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant system design. /ppbr/ppbMain tasks: /b /pulliServe as the technical lead for power conversion and grid‑integration topics — including converter/inverter selection, grid compliance, medium‑voltage system interfaces, and essential power‑system studies. /liliDevelop and validate overall electrical system architecture, including equipment sizing, system topology, and performance calculations at the point of interconnection. /liliLead the medium‑voltage system and Balance‑of‑Plant (BoP) electrical design,



covering items such as MV stations, transformers, switchgear, protection devices, grounding systems, and auxiliary power. /liliPrepare key engineering deliverables such as single‑line diagrams, protection concepts, cable-sizing documents, and equipment specifications. /liliEnsure electrical safety, protection principles, and technical compliance across all phases of design and implementation. /liliSupport tenders, technical proposals, and project execution while collaborating closely with multi‑disciplinary engineering teams. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulliTechnical diploma or Engineering Degree (Electrical/Electronic preferred). /liliAt least 2 years of experience in a similar role /liliExcellent command of MS Office Suite. /liliFluent English (spoken and written). /liliInterpersonal skills /liliProactivity and customer orientation /liliFlexibility /liliOrganizational skills /liliProblem-solving attitude /liliAnalytical skills /liliAvailability for occasional business travel /li /ulpbr/ppExide offers: multinational company context, interesting salary package, company meals service, possibility to grow in an international environment. /p
