pWe are seeking a highly organized and proactiveb Administration Manager /b to oversee and optimize the company’s administrative operations. In a fast-paced bvideo game development environment /b, this role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions, supporting cross-functional teams, and maintaining operational efficiency. /ppThe ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset and is comfortable working in a dynamic, creative industry. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliOversee and manage all administrative functions across the company /liliCoordinate office operations, facilities management, and outsourcing relationships /liliManage contracts, documentation, and internal compliance processes /liliSupport finance-related administrative activities (invoicing, expense tracking, budgeting coordination) /liliEnsure proper maintenance of company records, databases, and filing systems /liliImplement and improve administrative processes and workflows /liliAssist leadership with reporting, planning, and operational tasks /liliCoordinate internal communications and HR processes (onboarding, documentation, policies) /liliHandle procurement of office supplies, software, and services /liliEnsure compliance with legal, regulatory,
