Who We're Looking For

K-Way store in Milano (Corso Garibaldi) , we are looking for experienced and motivated Sales Assistants. If you are passionate about fashion and customer service, have a proactive attitude,

Key Responsabilities
Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales through tailored advice Ensure visual and stock merchandising standards are consistently maintained Replenish and organize product displays for maximum availability and appeal Maintain fitting rooms and support customers during try-ons Operate the cash register in compliance with company policies Foster a positive team environment through courtesy and collaboration
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in a ready-to-wear retail brand, premium or luxury level; Excellent knowledge of English (any other languages will be considered plus); Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules.
