pbConstruction Manager | Utility-Scale Solar PV /b /ppbLocation: /b Sicily, Italy /ppbProject: /b 100–200 MWp Solar PV + HV Substation /ppbr/ppI’m currently working with an international renewable energy developer on an exciting b100–200 MWp utility-scale Solar PV project in Sicily /b, and we’re looking for an experienced bConstruction Manager /b to join the project team. /ppbr/ppThis is an bowner’s representative role /b, working on-site throughout the construction phase and overseeing delivery by third-party EPC contractors. /ppbr/ppbThe Project /b /pulli100–200 MWp utility-scale Solar PV plant /liliHV grid-connection substation /liliEnvironmental mitigation works /liliFull EPC delivery model /liliSicily, Italy /liliPermanent position | Daily on-site presence /li /ulpbr/ppbThe Role /b /ppYou’ll act as the owner’s primary on-site representative, monitoring construction progress and ensuring the project is delivered safely, to the required quality standards, on schedule and in line with contractual requirements. /ppYou’ll work closely with EPC contractors, subcontractors, independent engineers, grid stakeholders and internal project teams across:
/pulliCivil earthworks /liliPV installation and electrical BoP /liliMV/HV cabling and substation works /liliGrid connection /liliEnvironmental mitigation /liliCommissioning /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We’re Looking For /b /pullib3–5 years’ experience /b in construction management, owner’s representation or site supervision /liliUtility-scale bSolar PV experience highly desirable /b /liliBackground in renewables, power infrastructure or large-scale industrial construction /liliGood understanding of PV construction phases and site interfaces /liliAbility to read engineering drawings, SLDs, technical specifications and project schedules /liliStrong site judgement, communication and problem-solving skills /liliA practical, proactive and commercially aware approach /liliEngineering, Energy, Construction Management or relevant technical degree /lilibEnglish required /b /liliValid driving licence and willingness to be site-based /li /ulpbr/ppThis is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a major renewable energy project and play a key role in its successful delivery. /p
