Ogrc Ltd. invites an experienced HR Coordinator for a project-based role in Mozambique. You will supervise administrative and contractual HR management to ensure compliance with company procedures, legal requirements, and HR best practices in a global EPC context.

Collaborate with Planning, Cost Control, Site Management, and Foremen to meet staffing needs across all project phases. Manage contract renewals, terminations, replacements, and workforce reallocations, and provide regular HR reports
