The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and + 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW. /ppbr/ppOpdenergy is now looking for a bHSE Technician /bto give support to our projects in Italy. /ppbr/ppbWhat will you help with? /b /pulliEnsure compliance with Italian Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, projects permit, and company HSE policies. /liliSupport the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems. /liliPrepare and maintain HSE documentation, risk assessments and environmental records. /liliSupport internal and external HSE audits and inspections. /liliCarry out regular site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE requirements. /liliMonitor the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe working practices. /liliVerify environmental compliance, including waste management, environmental protection measures and environmental permits. /liliCoordinate contractor documentation and ensure all HSE requirements are met before site access. /liliManage Environmental Monitoring Plan and implementation of environmental and compliance measures on projects. /liliManage budget related environmental measures and compliance activities. /liliDeliver toolbox talks and safety briefings when required. /liliSupport the investigation of incidents,



accidents and near misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions. /liliMonitor corrective and preventive action plans. /liliCollect and analyse HSE KPIs. /liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing Health, Safety and Environmental performance. /liliReport regularly to the Corporate HSE department. /li /ulpbr/ppbWho you are: /b /pulliTechnical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health Safety, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Engineering or a related discipline. /liliAt least 2 years of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably within renewable energy, construction or industrial environments. /liliGood knowledge of Italian Health, Safety and Environmental legislation. /liliExperience working with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems. /liliPreposto certification (mandatory). /liliFluent Italian and a good level of English and/or Spanish. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat do we offer /b /pulliRemote working model with periodic visits to our offices in Bologna. /liliA stable position with a permanent contract. /liliReal opportunities for growth in a global and multicultural environment. /liliTechnical and language training courses as needed. /liliMeal vouchers. /li /ulpbr/ppWe're an equal opportunity employer.
