- Develop technical product training materials focusing on software features, device gateway integrations, and solution architectures
- Create sales enablement programs that enhance the team's ability to communicate technical value propositions and IoT connectivity solutions
- Lead and mentor a global team of technical trainers across multiple regions
- Establish certification programs to validate technical competencies for different role levels
- Coordinate with product management and engineering teams to maintain current technical content
- Develop hands-on labs and practical exercises for device connectivity and integration scenarios
- Create assessment tools to measure technical proficiency and sales readiness
