About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced XPS & Training Manager (m/f/d) to support and accelerate our global Continuous Improvement journey. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and deploying lean capabilities while driving transformation across our global operations through the Xylem Production System (XPS). You will act as a change agent,
mentor and strategic partner to ensure sustainable implementation of lean methodologies and delivering measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities

- In this role, you will work closely with the local Continuous Improvement teams at our production sites in Europe, supporting as a subject matter expert.
- You will conduct maturity assessments, provide analytics, and ensure effective follow-up on improvement roadmaps.
- You will develop and standardize lean best practices through the Xylem Production System (XPS), ensuring consistency and sustainability across the organization.
- You will mentor employees at all levels to embed continuous improvement and maximize business impact.
- You will lead strategic transformation initiatives, collaborate with other CI leaders to share best practices, and support management teams, supervisors, and frontline personnel in building capability.
