JOB PURPOSE We're looking for a motivated IT Service Management Intern to support our IT Service Manager in daily operations, service coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES IT Service Desk Support: Assist in handling user non standard requests (incidents and service requests), including classification, prioritization, and follow‐up.
IT Service Monitoring: Support daily system checks, KPI tracking, and SLA verification.
Technical Documentation: Support our external consultants to create internal procedures, knowledge base articles, and operational guides.
Process Improvement:
Contribute to initiatives aimed at optimizing ITSM workflows.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline.
Strong analytical and problem‐solving mindset.
Good communication skills and a service‐oriented attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Curiosity and attitude to learn.
Reliability and attention to details.
Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
